Chinese leaders face a challenging business environment. Learn the critical leadership skills that our research found Chinese leaders need to succeed in today’s organizations.
For 4 decades, the Greater China region has been the center of the biggest economic expansion in human history, attracting global multinational corporations and local players to this most dynamic and competitive marketplace.
To foreign companies, China has evolved from a market, a production site, to a second engine that propels and transforms their global enterprises. At the same time, local companies have grown in size and global impact. As of 2020, the Fortune 500 list has 133 companies from Greater China, compared to 121 from the United States.
Behind this spectacular growth are remarkable experiments by companies in organizational change and transformation, and their relentless effort in developing leaders to meet the complex challenges quickly.
CCL Greater China is privileged to be a trusted partner by many leading organizations in this exciting process. In addition to bringing our leadership programs to the region, our Greater China office is proud to have co-created many innovative custom solutions and experiences with our clients in their industry and organizational contexts.
Our work ranges from programs, coaching, and team development to organizational transformation — from the front lines to the C-suite.
Our Shanghai office was officially incorporated in 2013, and is dedicated to serving clients that are headquartered or have operations in the Greater China region, including mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.
Our office is located in Shanghai Pudong, just 40 minutes from the airport and there are 3 metro lines and maglev station nearby as well as two 5-star hotels.
Besides the office area, we have one well-equipped main classroom and more than 10 breakout rooms (coaching rooms) available for conducting training programs. We can also provide catering services at our site.
The longest-running program of its kind in the world, our flagship Leadership Development Program (LDP)® is a world-renowned, research-based training created especially for individuals in mid- to senior-level leadership positions.
