Assess, Lead, and Learn

Omicron Delta Kappa members lead across generations, disciplines, and regions. Although there is always a discussion about whether leaders are born or made, there are a variety of resources available to assist our members no matter where they are on their leadership journeys.

Circles

Each circle of Omicron Delta Kappa serves as a living learning laboratory of leadership on its campus. In addition to enhancing development of members, many circles offer leadership programming to other students at their schools through sponsoring workshops and lectures by notable leaders.

Educators

The emerging field of leadership studies covers not only the varying types of leaders, but it addresses different models and theories of leadership as well. Numerous organizations, conferences, newsletters, and journals provide resources for leadership educators.
