Current Role

Jayke Hamill is a senior faculty member on our Societal Impact team. They design much of our equity, diversity, and inclusion work with nonprofits, foundations, and other social sector organizations, and they’re particularly vested in growing the field of leadership development to be more accessible and inclusive of all leaders — including individuals with disabilities, neurodiverse learners, LGBTQIA+ folx, first-generation college students, and beyond. Jayke also serves as a co-chair of our LGBTQ+ Global Employee Resource Group.

Experience

For over a decade, Jayke has been working to build the capacity of organizations in areas of community leadership; interpersonal conflict; equity, diversity & inclusion; and social change. These passions formed when they worked as a local organizer and community educator in the Appalachian mountains of Tennessee. An ally of many social movements, Jayke is experienced in addressing issues of identity, access, and marginalization.

Education

Jayke has an MA in Peace & Conflict Studies from the University of North Carolina–Greensboro and a BS from East Tennessee University in Organizational Leadership and Social Justice / Diversity.
