Omicron Delta Kappa members are leaders.  They serve their college or university campus; they support and lead in their communities.  Given that our individual members range from the age of 20 to more than 95, our organization represents people on differing phases of their personal leadership journeys.

Collegiate members and recent graduates may be interested in formal assessments of their leadership potential.  Omicron Delta Kappa also provides recent graduates with the chance to apply their leadership skills in a number of post-baccalaureate service opportunities.

For those who would like to learn more about leadership studies as an academic discipline, check out these master’s and doctoral programs.  There are also numerous conferences, theories, and readings on leadership for consideration by individuals not matter where they might be on their leadership journey.

Members are encouraged to share information with circles about their career path and the leadership challenges they’ve faced through the O∆K Speakers Bureau.

There are also opportunities to contribute to the future of Omicron Delta Kappa at the national level by serving as circle advisors, committee members, board members, and national officers.  Information about how to apply for these opportunities are located here.
