Abigail Dunne-Moses is a Senior Fellow who works with senior leadership teams to develop strategic direction for the organization, efficiency for groups and teams, and congruency and authenticity for individuals. Abigail has delivered performance management training, leadership development, coaching, and organizational development consulting to Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries. In the public health arena, she has spent over 10 years promoting leadership development for ASTHO, the Gates-funded IPPHL (International Program for Public Health Leaders), and Women Lift Health (also a Gates-funded program for Women in Global Health). Abigail has inspired transformation and development as a consultant and an expert trainer of consultants.
She has developed and delivered curricula focused on performance management, personal development, organizational development, and diversity to complex groups that spanned multiple cultural and social identities. In conjunction with her corporate experience, Abigail has spent over 20 years in the non-profit sector as a speaker and counselor focusing on resilience, visioning, and execution.
Abigail’s passion for coaching and consulting is born from her life and educational experiences as a woman on three continents: Africa, Europe, and America.
Abigail has an MEd and a BA in Psychology from Harvard University. She also holds Masters Certifications in performance management and motivation from the Hay Group (now Korn Ferry).
