Current Role
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Deirdre Robinson uses her business acumen, strategic and innovative thinking, change management skills, analytics management experience, and trans-disciplinary thinking to lead all aspects of global human resources, its practices, and operations at CCL to meet the needs of the constantly evolving business. She leads the efforts to attract top-notch talent to careers at CCL.
She builds upon current people programs and service delivery strategies, enhancing organizational decision-making and approaches for securing growth on a business-wide scale, while enhancing our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) journey. As the CHRO, she drives organizational culture change by cultivating and championing it.
Experience
Prior to joining us, Deirdre served as an executive coach and consultant with Stewart Leadership, and as Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Learning Officer for New Jersey-based Educational Testing Services. Other leadership roles have included Head of Talent Management and Human Resources Operations North America at global energy/transportation company Alstom, Inc.; Vice President, Learning and Educational Programs at Performance Food Group; Corporate Director, Workforce Planning and Organizational Development for Dignity Health; Corporate Director, Human Resources and Organizational Development for Children’s National Medical Center; and other HR leadership roles with global engineering and consulting companies.
Educational Background
Deirdre has an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a BS in Biology / Chemistry from the University of South Carolina.
